In partnership with Training & Development, LDP makes a high-value opportunity accessible to companies: we offer training courses available in two modes, selected based on the company's characteristics and the type of project.
The courses funded by Regione Lombardia allow access to training vouchers even for freelancers with a VAT number, with reimbursement levels varying based on company size. Thanks to an integrated voucher system, the investment can be recovered up to 100%, without losses for the company.
Alternatively, we offer funded training through Fondo Formazienda, available nationwide for companies with at least one employee. Companies can allocate the mandatory 0.30% INPS contribution to training, transforming it into tangible value through tailor-made training plans.
The budgets are defined based on company size, ensuring sustainability and effectiveness of the course.
A concrete way to allow entrepreneurs, teams, and professional women to improve skills, performance, and mindset, integrating training and development in a continuous evolution perspective – just like the LDP method.
